Ansley L. Callaway is the founding partner of Callaway & Company, LLC, a financial consulting practice located in Atlanta, GA that specializes in forensic accounting services, litigation support, valuation services, mediation services and collaborative law.  As Managing Director, Ms. Callaway provides consulting and financial analysis services primarily to law firms and their clients in the areas of forensic accounting, asset division and settlement, income analysis and financial valuation.

Ms. Callaway is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, Certified in Financial Forensics, and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst.  She is also a Registered Mediator.  Ms. Callaway has over 26 years of financial and accounting experience including public accounting, corporate accounting and finance, and international finance.

Jamie Everman, CPA, CVA, MAFF


Jamie Everman is a consultant and manager at Callaway and Company, LLC.   Her work experience includes valuation, forensic accounting, and litigation support services with a concentration in family law. Through her focus on family law, Jamie has gained experience in tracing assets, analyzing tax consequences, quantifying executive compensation, and assisting in both mediation and trial preparation. Jamie has also provided valuation services for gift and estate tax planning, as well as lost profits/economic damages calculations.  Prior to joining Callaway, Jamie was a manager in the litigation support and valuation services practice at a full service Atlanta accounting firm, where she  provided family law and litigation support  services. Additionally, Jamie served as a manager in financial planning and analysis at a major non-profit, and as a senior forensics associate at a big four firm.

Jamie has written articles regarding complex tax issues for high net worth divorces and participated as an expert witness for Emory Law School’s family law mock trial event. In addition to her many professional affiliations, Jamie has served as a board member for the Georgia Society of CPAs Young CPA’s Advisory Council and the Fraud and Forensic Services Advisory Council.

Seth Murphy is not only a Certified Public Accountant, but he is also Accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner.  Since obtaining his Masters In Accountancy from Auburn University, Mr. Murphy has spent over 17 years in public accounting.  He has lectured on numerous topics ranging from tax planning topics to litigation support.


Mr. Murphy is a member of various professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,  the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the American Society of Appraisers and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
